Ticket Limit
You are able to open up unlimited tickets and have no capped size on how many you can open.
Admin Time
We do not charge how long or limit how many hours any ticket takes.
Resolution Period
We guarantee all tickets that you open will be answered and resolved with in 24 hours.
Auto-Reboot Notifier
We will monitor your SSH port every five minutes to insure your server is online. If SSH failed to respond we will notify you that your server is not responding to SSH. After fifthteen minutes of downtime, we will send an email to your datacenter requesting a reboot of the server.
Monitoring Stats
We will provide you with monthly stats of your server that include uptime.
Server Migration
We will move all accounts from another server to managed server with us. We will transfer all settings and mirror the other server per request.
Kernel Upgrades
We will perform kernel upgrades on your server per request (or automatically if proactive) to insure your server is up to date with the lastest security and distro updates.
Inital Server Security
We may perform our SOH (Security, Optimization and Hardening) on your server. Our SOH script is non-resource intensive and you will not see a decrease in performance on your server. Our SOH script does not lock down your server but rather a balance of usability and security.
Continuous Log Monitoring
Continuous Log Monitoring is an option only for Proactive solutions where our staff will parse the server logs every day and insure any warnings that are noted in log files, will not turn into errors.
Standard 3rd Party Support
Standard 3rd Party Support is only for Proactive Solutions where our staff will help in installing and upgrading third party products such as Forum Software, Blogs, CMS Systems, HelpDesks and other software. Please Note: It is always recommend to aquire support for these products from the software company.
LAMP Install
We may install and configure LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL and PHP) on your server as part of our setup. Other applications like DNS and Mail systems are covered in our LAMP install per request.
